The following austenitic stainless steel can be used for ultra-low temperature valve. ASTM A351 CF8M, CF3M, CF8, CF3;ASTM A182 F316, F316L, F304, F304L;ASTM A 433 316, 316L, 304, 304L; And low temperature steel CF8D (Lanzhou High Pressure Valve Factory Factory Standard: GFQ81-93) designed and formulated by Lanzhou High Pressure Valve Factory. Cryogenic valve body, bonnet, gate or disc, etc. before finishing, must be in liquid nitrogen (-196 ℃) cryogenic treatment.

2. -100 ℃ ~ -30 ℃, for "low temperature valve"

Suitable for low temperature valves (-100 ℃ ~-30 ℃) of the main materials are low temperature austenitic stainless steel and low temperature pressure parts with ferritic and martensitic steel. Austenitic stainless steels for cryogenic use are ASTM A351 CF8M, CF3M, CF8, CF3, ASTM A182 F316, F316L, F304, F304L,ASTM A 433 316, 316L, 304, 304L and CF8D. The above austenitic stainless steel is also suitable for working temperature of -100 ℃ ~-30 ℃.

Ferritic and martensitic steels for low temperature pressure parts are ASTM A352 LCA (-32 ℃); LCB, LCC (-46 ℃); LC1 (-59 ℃);LC2, LC2.1 (-73 ℃); LC3 (-100 ℃). ASTM A352 standard materials, although the primary price of the material is low, but the chemical composition of the smelting must have a reliable and very strict factory internal control standards. The heat treatment process is complex and requires multiple quenching and tempering. When the low temperature impact toughness is not up to the standard requirements, it is not allowed to be used as low temperature steel.
